Winter Wellbeing Retreat

Saturday 16th February 2019 at Casterley Barn

9.30am – 4pm

£95.00 per person to include:

o Welcome Juice or Smoothie
o An introduction to the Theme for the Day
o Morning Energising Yoga Workshop with me.
o Nutritious lunch prepared by our natural chef and focusing on creating a balanced diet suited to the Summer season
o Time to explore our grounds and natural surroundings
o Meditation and Mindfulness Session with Carol Dodson
o Goody bag including recipe cards, self-care treats and mindful living tips

One Day Creative Wellbeing workshop

Sunday 3rd March 2019 at Fired Thoughts Art Studio and the New Body Barn Studio

10 – 4pm

£75 per person including light buffet lunch.

A full day consisting of two yoga sessions and two art sessions. No experience needed.

One Day Spring Yoga Retreat – (fully booked)

Saturday 16th March 2019 at the White Horse Yoga Centre

10 – 4pm

£50 per person including a light Vegetarian Middle Eastern Mezze Lunch

A one day retreat of asana, meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra providing you with tips, rituals and self-care routines to help you transition smoothly from Winter into Spring. This is a day for you to reset and reconnect with yourself in terms of your daily physical, mental and spiritual health. The day will begin with a dynamic and energising morning master yoga class followed by a light Middle Eastern vegan and vegetarian Mezza lunch provided by Vaughan’s Kitchen of Devizes. The afternoon will continue with a restorative yoga practice, meditation and yoga nidra to leave you feeling calm and revitalised at the end of the day. Both sessions will allow time for me to work closely with you and to tailor the sessions to help deepen your individual practice. The retreat is suitable for all experience level.

Unleash your inner creative, reduce stress and increase mindfulness as you experience a day of 2 yoga sessions with me and 2 art sessions with Sue & Geri of Fired Thoughts.

This 6-hour workshop is something very special.
The day begins with a gentle energising yoga session, followed by an expressive mark making session using found objects.
Lunch will be a delicious locally sourced buffet, with hot and cold drinks also included in the price of the day.
The afternoon continues with a clay technique workshop, ending the day with some meditation, restorative/yin yoga practice and deep relaxation.

No previous experience of yoga or art is required, just a willingness to have fun and enjoy a day just for you!
£75 per person, including lunch and all materials. Spaces are limited so book with me today!

On the website you will notice that there are a few more dates to choose from since my good friend and fellow BWY Yoga Teacher Emma Petitt will be sharing the schedule.
