Movement Medicine Morning ( fully booked)

White Horse Yoga Centre, Devizes

10 – 1pm

£35 per person including refreshments

A joyful morning of movement medicine comprising of yoga, meditation,deep relaxation as well as Nia Dance.

The morning will begin with a fun hour of Nia dance where you will be led through a movement session based on dance, martial arts and mindfulness to wonderful world music. We will then break for some time to connect with others while enjoying delicious vegan cake, fruit and coffee/teas.
This will be followed by a session of gentle yoga, meditation and deep relaxation to send you home energised and relaxed! No prior experience of yoga or Nia necessary. Beginners very welcome! All equipment provided.

One Day Spring Yoga Retreat (fully booked)

£60 per person including a light Vegetarian Mezze Lunch supplied by Vaughan’s Kitchen of Devizes

A one day retreat of asana, meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra providing you with tips, rituals and self-care routines to help you transition smoothly from Winter into Spring. This is a day for you to reset and reconnect with yourself in terms of your daily physical, mental and spiritual health. The day will begin with a dynamic and energising morning master yoga class followed by a light vegetarian Mezza lunch supplied by Vaughan’s Kitchen of Devizes. The afternoon will continue with a restorative yoga practice, meditation and yoga nidra to leave you feeling calm and revitalised at the end of the day. Both sessions will allow time for me to work closely with you and to tailor the sessions to help deepen your individual practice. The retreat is suitable for all experience level.

Whatever the weather why not come and join me for yoga, meditation, pranayama and relaxation on soft grass, underneath a canopy of trees, with the sound of bird song and church bells!

What could be better than following the class with a stroll around the gardens, coffee and cake in the cafe, crystal buying in the ‘Henge’ shop or general communing with the Stones down the avenue!
